Ana Đordić was born 1983 in Zagreb, where she graduated in Croatian language and literature and philosophy from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She works as a teacher of Croatian language and film art at Zagreb’s XIII Gymnasium high school. A member of the selection committee at Four Rivers Film Festival. Associate at Croatian Film Clubs’ Association on educational programmes and festivals and at Croatian Audiovisual Centre on the film literacy project.
Maja Kovač was born in 1978 in Zagreb and graduated in preschool education from the Faculty of Teacher Training, followed by two semesters of film directing at FAMU (Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts) in Prague. Her artistic disposition stems from creative independent theatre and punk music scene. Since 2001, she is active as a professional actress and dancer, choreographer and drama teacher.
Jelena Modrić was born in 1983 in Pula. She graduated with a degree in film editing from the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she now works as a docent. A sound and image editor on many film and TV projects and an associate with the Croatian Film Association on educational projects and festivals. She also collaborated with the Croatian Audiovisual Centre on the film literacy project.
Sara Stanić graduated in acting from the Zagreb Academy and was recently employed by the Croatian National Theatre of Varaždin. She made one feature and many short films and did a lot of television work. She is very active on theatre stages, loves documentaries and short films. Twice a year she watches Love Actually.
Iva Šulentić is a TV and radio host, presenter and actress, born 1983 in Zagreb. She appeared several times in Croatian TV serials (Bitange i Princeze, Luda kuća, etc:) and films (Sonja and the Bull). Often she lends her voice to animated characters in Croatian-dubbed versions of successful foreign animations.
Toma Zidić was born 1988 in Zagreb. A director and screenwritter with ten years of experience. He first became involved in filmmaking in 2004 at the Zagreb Film Club and by now he had directed ten short films, two stage plays, several music videos and commissioned films. He is the art director of the festival Kratki na brzinu.
Višnja Vukašinović was born in 1982 in Split and graduated in comparative literature and English from the Zagreb Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. A member of FIPRESCI, she publishes essays and reviews covering literature, visual arts and cinema. A winner of the Vladimir Vuković Prize for best young film critic in 2013. Višnja mentors film criticism workshops and creative writing workshops at the Zagreb Film Club, and is also the author of the project Prozori (Windows), examining the history of local documentary film practice. Višnja curates Croatian film programmes for Kratke slike at the MM Centre.
